The Delta Police Department, dealt with 29 law incidents during the period between Jan. 20, and Jan. 26.
Officers issued 15 traffic citations, made five arrests and applied for four arrest warrants. The department is also actively investigating several other shoplifting, theft, harassment and possible crimes. The following is a summary of incidents taken from the most recently available significant activity reports:
Jan 23, 10:24 p.m.
David Porter, 32, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged DUI, no insurance and limitations on backing after being involved in a crash with a parked vehicle.
Jan. 23, 10:26 p.m.
Michael J. Kranenburg, 34, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged DWAI and driving while license revoked.
Jan 23, 11:28 p.m.
Lorraine Martin, 52, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged third degree assault.
Jan. 24
A 16-year-old Delta male was issued a ticket for alleged illegal possession or consumption of ethyl alcohol.
Jan 26, 11:52 p.m.
James M. Newland, 61, of Delta was arrested and jailed on two warrants.
Jan. 27, 4:12 p.m.
Jesus Banuelos, 32, of Delta was issued a ticket for having a vicious animal.
Jan. 28, 2:00 a.m.
Gerald L. Koch, 58, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged DUI and speeding.
Jan 28, 9:47 a.m.
David L. Hanson, 74, of Hotchkiss was issued a ticket for allegedly failing to report an accident, after striking an unattended vehicle or property and careless driving. He was involved in a one vehicle crash with no injuries.
Jan 28, 11:08 p.m.
Todd R. Roberts, 26, of Olathe was arrested and jailed for alleged DUI, DUI per se, and weaving.
Jan. 29, 1:39 p.m.
Eddie D. Peraza, 24, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged shoplifting.
Jan 29, 8:30 p.m.
Nathan L. Horn, 22, of Sayre Okla. Was arrested and jailed for alleged DUI, reckless driving, reckless endangerment, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving while license revoked and two counts of violation of bail bond conditions.
