• We reserve the right to reject any letter, and will do so if we deem it to be libelous or if is deemed to be nothing more than a personal attack on a given individual.
• We do not print more than one letter from any individual in a given week.
• Short concise letters, focused on issues will be given priority.
• We reserve the right to edit or shorten letters for space allocation purposes, and will make every attempt to do so without losing intent.
• All letters, which are submitted electronically, must be in one of the following formats: .doc, txt, or rtf.
• Letters may be published in the print version and electronic versions of MVN, and may occasionally be reproduced on our web site.
• All submissions must include the writer’s name and contact information, so we may verify its authenticity if necessary.
