Letters to the Editor - 6/9/10

Dear Editor:

I have been reading the Mountain Valley News for about 14 months.  I live in Lone Tree, Douglas County, Colorado and am dating a girl from Cedaredge.  I am formally educated and have been in law enforcement and owned several businesses.  Having the opportunity to read what I have considered "good" papers from Los Angeles to New York, I want to let the powers that be know that what ever you are paying the individual that writes your Editorial column it is not enough.  I have no clue as to this person's name, age or gender.  I do however have an immense respect for the fairness of the articles.

All of the writings have been clear, concise and intelligently written.  There is a "smidge" of attitude, which I enjoy also.  This cat could write for any paper I have ever read and every magazine including Newsweek, The Republican etc. etc.  How in the world is this individual still employed there?  I took an Internet Company public in 2000 and can tell you if I were still in the business I would hire him/her out from under your noses by the time you finished reading this.

Seriously, great job.  I also enjoy Paco and the person that writes for him, (if in fact someone DOES write for him). Keep up the good work.  I look forward to having the paper come to my girlfriend’s house so I can grab it.  Growing up in a small town in Michigan, Peggy takes me back to simpler times.

Keep up the excellent work!
