Police Blotter - Town of Cedaredge 2/1/12

 

Jan. 18, 9:30 a.m.

Police responded to U.S. Bank to take a report of criminal mischief. An unknown suspect used what appeared to be a paint ball gun to shoot the front door of the bank with yellow paint. Police believe that the paint ball gun was shot at the bank in drive-by situation.

Jan. 19, 6:41 p.m.

Police responded to an address on SE Stonebridge Avenue after a report of a possible trespassing. The complaint was unfounded.

Jan. 21, 3:49 p.m.

Police responded to a request for assistance by another agency to an accident on Highway 65 at mile marker 19. Colorado State Patrol, Delta County Sheriff, Delta Ambulance, and Cedaredge Fire Department were all on scene. Officer Curtis stayed until after all victims were loaded and taken to Delta County Hospital by ambulance.

Jan 21, 11:11 p.m.

Cedaredge Police assisted the Delta County Sheriff’s Office with a combative patient at an address in the unincorporated part of the county.

Jan. 22, 2:04 a.m.

Officers responded to an address on SW 13th Avenue after a 911 call reporting a medical issue. According to the information the officers received, a female was reported as having a seizure, but did not want police to respond to the home. Police were told the caller just wanted medical advice, not police presence. Officers Curtis and McDermith responded to that address and spoke to the homeowner. The homeowner told them that the female who had a seizure and the reporting party had left the residence. He also told them the woman was fine. The Cedaredge officers and sheriff’s deputies attempted to locate the couple but were unable to find them.

Jan. 23, 11:50 p.m.

Officers responded to an address in the county after a request for an agency assist concerning an alarm.
